1. Before work begins
You may cancel before work starts. Any refund will exclude non-refundable third-party costs already incurred with your approval.
2. Work already completed
Fees relating to strategy, setup, creative or campaign work already completed are not refundable. Where a project is partly complete, any refund is calculated against the remaining undelivered work.
3. Advertising spend
Payments made directly to advertising platforms are controlled by those platforms and are not held by MARKZIVO. Their own billing and refund rules apply.
4. Rolling services
Ongoing work normally runs monthly. Written cancellation should be provided before the next agreed billing date. Work and access continue through any period already paid for unless agreed otherwise.
5. Service concerns
If you believe work has not matched the written scope, contact us promptly. We will review the concern and first seek a fair correction or completion of the agreed service.
6. Requesting a cancellation
Send requests to markzivo@outlook.com and include your name, business and relevant invoice or quotation details. We will confirm the outcome in writing.
